Military and Veteran Scholarships

Supporting student veterans, active duty students, and students from military and veteran families is a priority at George Mason. There are a range of scholarships that are specific to Mason students. The majority of scholarship opportunities begin with Mason's centralized application system.

Undergraduate students who are serving, or have served, in Special Operations or have been wounded in combat that are majoring or minoring in Marketing in the Costello College of Business
Kara Anne Lang Endowed Scholarship
Undergraduate scholarships for veterans who have been honorably discharged from a branch of the United States Armed Services, or who are currently serving as an Active Duty, Reservist, or National Guard service member
Cornell Wells Endowed Scholarship
For active duty military, a reservist, or a military veteran with an Honorable Discharge pursuing a degree from the School of Business
Veterans Endowed Scholarship
Scholarships for veterans who have been honorably discharged from a branch of the United States Armed Services, or who are currently serving as an Active Duty, Reservist, or National Guard service member
Thank You Veterans Study Abroad Award
For student veterans, active-duty service members, Reservists, and members of the National Guard participating in a summer term, George Mason faculty-led program abroad
Thomas J. Snee Endowed Scholarship
Undergraduate and graduate students in the College of Education and Human With a special commitment to those who have served or supported service, including veterans, active-duty military members, and military families Development
ERPI Patriot Scholarship
Scholarship provides funding for service-disabled veterans, veterans, or immediate family members to a veteran in the College of Public Health

The Pat Tillman Scholar Program
The Pat Tillman Scholar Program invests in service members, veterans, and military spouses by providing both educational funding and comprehensive leadership development. The scholarship helps reduce financial barriers.
