Everyone needs a little help now and then, and it takes strength to ask for it. Mason provides a variety of services to help you make your college experience the best it can be.
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS is focused on providing access to mental health care and learning services. The office helps students reach out to experts in college mental health who assess concerns and connect students with needed services on and off campus. CAPS offers a variety of free services provided by a staff of professional clinical psychologists, social workers, counselors, learning specialists, and psychiatric providers. Individual and group counseling is available. For more information, call 703-993-2380.
Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Multicultural Education (ODIME)
ODIME ensures the university creates and sustains inclusive learning environments by providing more than 100 training sessions each year for classes, student organizations, residence halls, and faculty members. Sessions cover such topics as: Creating a Community; Gender Identity; and Inclusive Programming. ODIME also supports Mason's various student populations. For more information, call 703-993-2700.
Office of Disability Services (ODS)

It is available to serve all students with disabilities, including those with cognitive, learning, psychological, sensory, mobility, and other physical impairments, and sustained head injuries. Office of Compliance, Diversity, and Ethics (CDE)
